Our return policy

You can return unworn items within 30 days. As soon as we receive your return, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the return. After reviewing the return, the corresponding amount will be refunded - according to the payment method you have chosen. The processing and refund can take up to 7 days. See our cancellation policy for more information. Please note that you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You would like to exchange an item? Please also go to the returns portal by clicking on the button above. There you will immediately see if the item is available in a different size or colour. If you would like to exchange for another product, you are welcome to exchange for a voucher code. We will then contact you and explain the rest of the process to you.

An item is damaged or an incorrect item was delivered? Please report the defect or the wrongly delivered item via the portal as well and upload a picture of the defect. We will check the case based on the picture and then contact you about how to proceed in this very rare case. If you want an exchange or replacement, you are welcome to select that directly.

What you can not return

Please make sure that all returned items are in their original condition and are sent back to us in the original packaging, including the label. Of course it is okay to try on an item as you would in a store, but please do not wear items you are returning. Our gift cards are of course excluded from exchange.

Labels for the return

Unfortunately, as a small manufacturer, we cannot provide you with a free return label for returns. We would have to raise our prices drastically to be able to cushion this. However, you may be able to purchase a shipping label at discounted rates directly from us in our returns portal, the price shown is our price passed on to you 1:1, we don't earn a cent on it. Just follow the steps in the returns portal, the amount for the label will then be deducted from your refund.
