Our return policy

You can return unworn items within 30 days. As soon as we receive your return, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the return. After reviewing the return, the corresponding amount will be refunded - according to the payment method you have chosen. The processing and refund can take up to 7 days. See our cancellation policy for more information. Please note that you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You want to exchange an item? Please go to our returns portal by clicking on the button above. There you will immediately see if the item is available in a different size or color. If you want to exchange for another product, you are welcome to exchange for a voucher code. We will then contact you and explain the rest of the process. In case of an exchange, the return shipping within Germany and in large parts of the EU is even at our expense, you will immediately receive a DHL return label from us.

An item is damaged or the wrong item was delivered? Please report the defect or the wrongly delivered item also via the returns portal and upload a picture of the defect. We will check the case based on the picture and then contact you about how to proceed in this very rare case. If you want an exchange or replacement, you are welcome to select that directly.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR RETURNS FROM UK/CH OR OTHER COUNTRIES NON-EU

We are not obliged to process returns from countries outside the EU. Of course we care about your order and want you to be satisfied. Therefore, you still have the option to return your items to us at your own expense.
Please make sure that it is mandatory that the notice of a "return of goods" is registered on the package label and all required customs documents are attached to the outside of the package. A copy of the invoice and a detailed description of the contents of the package are mandatory. The local parcel service providers should be able to advise you precisely in this case. If these additional details are missing, the package will be returned to you, as customs cannot process the shipment.
Please excuse this effort, but unfortunately this is out of our hands and we have to fulfill these requirements.

What you can not return

Please make sure that all returned items are in their original condition and are sent back to us in the original packaging, including the label. Of course it is okay to try on an item as you would in a store, but please do not wear items you are returning. Our gift cards are of course excluded from exchange.

Labels for the return

As a small player in the fashion market, we unfortunately cannot provide you with a free return label for returns (except for exchanges, see above). We would have to raise our prices to be able to cushion this. However, you may be able to purchase a shipping label at discounted rates directly from us in our returns portal, the price shown is our price passed on to you 1:1, we do not earn a cent on it. Just follow the steps in the returns portal, the amount for the label will then be deducted from your refund.

Care instructions

In order to enjoy your Oldskull item for as long as possible, please observe the following washing and care instructions. Due to possible print residues, we recommend washing the product before the first use.

Washing tips

  • Turn inside out/turn inside out before each wash
  • Wash at maximum 30°C
  • Do not use fabric softener or full detergent
  • Do not dry clean or bleach

Important note: Textiles with strong colors (especially reds) may bleed during the first wash cycle. Therefore, we recommend washing them separately or with similar colors during the first machine wash.

Care tips

  • Turn inside out/left side up before ironing
  • Print motifs must not touch/lie on each other during ironing
  • Do not iron over the print area
  • Do not pull, tug, scratch or tear at the print
  • Do not dry hot (avoid tumble dryer)
