Return & Exchange

I would like to exchange or return something

If you want to return something, then of course it's no problem. Just follow the instructions on our returns page here.

Free returns?

As a small manufacturer, we are not able to provide you with a free return label, but you may be able to purchase a shipping label directly from us at a discounted rate through our returns portal. Just follow the steps in the returns portal and the amount for the label will be deducted from your refund.

If you have paid with PayPal and have an active PayPal account, you may be able to get the cost of your return refunded directly from PayPal. Please check this link directly on the PayPal page for more information.

What is the average delivery time?

Information about our delivery times can be found here. During peak times of the online business (e.g. Christmas, New Year) there may be small deviations in the stated delivery times, which are unfortunately beyond our control.

How to use coupon / discount codes from Oldskull?

You can redeem your codes directly in the checkout area by entering the corresponding code. Usually only one code can be redeemed per order.

What do I do if I have not received a confirmation email?

Sometimes it happens that our e-mails end up in your spam filter or that you have made a small input error with your e-mail address. In this case you will not receive a confirmation email or any other messages from us. This can happen and is not a big problem. Just write us a mail to s.os@oldskulleurope.com or contact us via our contact form.

You can subscribe to the OS newsletter by simply entering your e-mail address in the address field on our homepage or directly here. Here you will receive information about new releases, competitions and current SALES promotions at more or less regular intervals.

What sizes do you get with us?

Generally you can get all products in sizes S, M, L, XL and XXL.

What do I do if my size is no longer available?

If your desired size is no longer available, simply enter your email address in the field below the shopping cart (notification when item is available again). Please click on the confirmation link in your email inbox. As soon as your item is back in stock, you will receive a short message from us.

You are also welcome to contact us personally at s.os@oldskulleurope.com. We will then try to offer a quick solution for your request.

Where can I find the size chart?

We ask you to take a look at our size chart before completing your order to avoid any disappointments. Compare the measurements with your favorite shirt / sweater from your closet, so you can start right away with your new favorite part. You can find the size chart here.

Your account

How can I create a customer account with OS?

If you want to create an OS account, just follow the instructions after clicking the "Account" button. As a registered customer you can, after creating your data once, simply log in with your personal password for each new order and order without much effort.

How can I change my personal data?

In the "Account" section you can adjust your personal data under "Personal settings".

How can I delete my account?

If you want to delete your account with us, just send us an email to s.os@oldskulleurope.com and we will take care of everything.

I have problems with payment

If you have problems with the payment process, please contact either your payment service provider or send us an email directly to s.os@oldskulleurope.com, so that we can exclude possible technical errors. Information about the different payment methods can be found here.
